The SMR700 is an in-building solution for the Verizon LTE-Mobile Network to extend & enhance network service in an economical way. The main function of the SMR700 solutions is to increase gain and improve performance in environments where wireless signals are weak.

The SMR700 solution typically consists of a Donor Unit (DAU) and a Service Unit (SAU). The DAU and SAU are connected by a 3D RF cable, with a maximum link distance of up to 197 feet.

The DAU internally houses an active antenna which receives and transmits LTE mobile signals over the air to the base station. The SAU is located in the coverage environment and increases the performance of the mobile network coverage.
